We are located about thirty miles west of Phoenix just west of the City of Goodyear in Maricopa County, Arizona. We build only in the West Valley. We are currently building in a subdivision called Southwest Desert Estates. In the subdivision we sell the combination home and property. In addition, we will build on your property in the West Valley.

Travel west from Phoenix on Interstate 10. Exit the freeway on Estrella Parkway and go south. Follow the road for about 8 miles and you will enter Estrella Mountain Ranch. Turn right and head west on Elliot Rd. Follow Elliot for about three miles and turn south on Rainbow Valley Road. The subdivision is on the right side of the road. A forty foot flag pole stands in front of the model home.
